The sub-processors below are engaged to provide the Services. CoWorQ will inform customers of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor at least thirty (30) days in advance, giving the opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
Location of processing is where customer data is stored and processed, which is not necessarily where the sub-processor is incorporated. Where processing occurs outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, transfers are made under the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into our Data Processing Addendum.
